Get Agent or Employee Status in Analytics for 8x8 Work

Objective

See how many of your agents are on a call at any given time, or review the current and last-used status of your agents.

Applies To

  • Analytics for 8x8 Work

Procedure

Only the current and previous status can be viewed. Historical statuses are not available.

Display Status

  1. Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. On the Left Pane, select Employee Report.
  3. Select Display Status.
The status of each extension is available on the bottom right corner.

Activity Status 

  1. Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
  2. On the Left Pane, select Employee Report.
  3. Select Activity.
View the current status of an employee, their previous status, and the time of their last status change and get a real-time report.
